Cancellation Policy
Viridian Studio understands that appointments may need to be cancelled due to emergencies. With that, we will allow 2 forgiven cancellations. After 2 forgiven cancellations, we ask that you PLEASE give a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Any cancellation made within less than 24 hours will insure a credit card charge of 50% of the scheduled services for an appointment fee. No shows will incur a 100% card charge for the scheduled service. These fees must be paid prior to rebooking another appointment.
